Private, from start to finish.

Use Encrypt for ordinary files and Decrypt for .efs containers. Imports are routed to the right tab automatically.

Encryption protects original names, file types, folder details, and contents. Downloads get random UUID names that you can change before saving. Once a download is requested, the encrypted output leaves the export list. A retry copy stays in this tab for two minutes. Check your browser downloads to confirm it saved.

In Decrypt, unlock filenames with a password to reveal matching names in the upper list. Select the files you want to decrypt; the results appear in the lower list with an inline preview. Folder contents can be selected individually.

There is no password recovery. To change a password, select decrypted files and choose Re-encrypt selected. Only the selected files move to Encrypt. You must delete old encrypted copies yourself.

This first version supports up to 256 MiB of retained file data and uses browser memory for output. Password checks take time by design. PDF previews use a locally bundled renderer. Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive connect only when requested and download selected files directly into this browser. Tokens and temporary download links stay in memory. Provider scripts load only when you use their importer.

This is an initial implementation awaiting independent security review. Your browser and the code delivered to it are part of the trust boundary.
